fixtrabi gives you a booking link for call-outs. Customers say what kind of job it is, answer the few questions that matter for it, add photos and say how urgent it is. You quote by email, they approve with one tap, and the job goes on your board for the day. When it is done, the hours and materials are already an invoice.

The problem it is for
The phone rings while you are under a sink. By the evening there are six missed calls to return, and the first five minutes of each are the same questions: what is it, is it leaking now, can you turn it off, what make is it. Some jobs need a part you do not carry, and you only find out when you get there. Some are not worth the trip at all, and you only find that out when you get there too.
What it does
A request form that asks the right questions
Questions for plumbers, electricians and handymen, by kind of job: is water near the electrics, does the fuse box trip again, what is the wall made of. Five at most, so customers finish it.
Photos and urgency
Up to six photos with every request — the leak, the fuse box, the label on the boiler — and whether it is an emergency, a couple of days or whenever suits.
A board by day
New requests at the top, most urgent first. Then quotes waiting for an answer, then each day of the week with its jobs in time order. It updates by itself when a request or an approval comes in.
Quotes by email, approved with one tap
Call-out, labour and parts, with VAT if you are registered. The customer gets it by email and approves or declines from the link. Unanswered quotes get one reminder after three days.
Hours and materials per job
The approved quote becomes the job's list. Change it as the work happens — the extra hour, the second valve — and mark it done to give it an invoice number.
An export for your accountant
Every finished job in a date range as a spreadsheet: invoice number, date, customer, labour hours, call-out, labour, materials, VAT and total. Or one row per line, if they want the detail.
How it works
- Create an account, give your business a name and say which trade. You get a link like
fixtrabi.lp-data.cloud/your-name. - Set your call-out fee and hourly rate if you want them shown, and whether you charge VAT.
- Put the link on your van, your website, your Google listing and your voicemail message.
- Requests arrive complete. Turn down the ones that are not for you, quote the rest, and put the approved ones on a day.
What it costs
The booking link is free for the first month. After that it is a monthly subscription to keep taking requests online; your board, your quotes, your jobs and the export keep working either way.
